Cold chillin on the Block

My compadre 'Ty Lamar' snapped this photograph of some of his neighbors enjoying their Saturday. *Note the cable being strung from the upstairs to outside..

I chuckled when I saw this, but this is actually a common occurrence in Philly. I've seen entire living room sets on the sidewalk, video game systems rigged up, the whole 9, all in the midst of the public trail.
