According to Blender Magazine, Tupac is ''over rated''..He actually tops their list as the ''Most overrated person in Music'!!

Blender says:
''Tupac was a decent rapper with "insane rock-star charisma," but he also "larded records with self-mythologizing, mediocre filler." ..Reuters

Supposedly the list is meant to be funny. --[[I don't get the humor]]-especially considering the fact that there is a plethora of other artists that deserve that title. Tupac did his thing, and he still has life after death-[[shoutouts to Biggie]], but let the man rest...
