Tum Tum 'Shag'(c)06 & Kanye West 'Shag' (c)09
Now I'm familiar with rapper Tum Tum rocking this style years ago, I thought it was ''interesting'' to put it nicely, but I was quickly told it was whats hot in Dallas..So I went and did some research, and sure enough this was the case-[I've even seen dudes rocking multi colored versions of this as well]
Now fast forward 3 years later and we have Kanye West rocking his version of it..hmmmm.
I know Kanye is always experimenting with his wardrobe and most recently has been trying new looks with his hair..but it now appears that his look is borrowed...[It looks very New Edition'ish to me..either way, I pray this doesn't catch on in with the masses]
Is this coincidental or copycat action??
*P.s. I dont think Kanye actually 'copied' Tum Tum since the shag mullet was popular in the 80's..but the comparison is funny nonetheless
